Josh is great! He fixed our A/C last year after another company that we had been using for years told us it wasn't fixable. I just had him over for our yearly heater maintenance. Again, very professional. I will highly recommend this company and Josh!
I called, and they got us in right away for today. Jimmy came out today because we had no heat. He tried troubleshooting and installed a new part, but it was still not working like it should. He went further into the heater and noticed damage. It wasn't safe to use the heater. A New Heater will need to be installed.
I will be using One Hour for all of my HVAC needs moving forward. They provided absolutely spectacular service. They were responsive (on a Sunday) and arrived quickly for a same-day emergency call. The communication was fantastic throughout. Josh (our technician) was awesome. He was polite, and knowledgeable, and took care of the problem in a timely fashion. The whole experience was 10/10. I would highly recommend it.
Highly recommend! A/C wasn't working after the power outage. CJ arrived about two hours after I called, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was very courteous, explained the problem clearly, and showed me what to do in the future.
We had a split system installed, and Terrell did the setup. He was polite, pleasant, neat and very professional. He explained in detail how to operate the system, which we appreciate.
